Welcome to OX Workforce Housing, a groundbreaking initiative in sustainable urban development, skillfully integrating eco-conscious living with community building and workforce empowerment. Designed by ThinkTank Design Group, plans are in design and permitting for the community, which will be located on Tract 4 of North Loop, and it will be Montana's first mass-timber modular housing community. The project will be produced next door in North Loop's new Modular Manufacturing facility. Tackling the housing affordability crisis head-on, OX Workforce Housing offers 544 living units at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Bozeman, Montana. This initiative ensures that high-quality, sustainable housing is not just a luxury, but an accessible option for diverse individuals and families.
