Since 2015, the York team successfully developed nine new facilities in Florida and flagship facilities in Nashville, TN, Franklin, TN, Laurel, MS and New Orleans, LA. By the end of 2021, four of these premier assets were successfully sold. Furthermore, five more Florida-based storage projects are currently under construction or in design/permitting - Cape Coral (RV Phase), Vero Beach, Apollo Beach, Dover and Delray Beach. In addition, one Mississippi-based storage project is currently under construction - Horn Lake.
