The York Team has developed over 3.7 million square feet of premier Self Storage from the ground up and has over 271,887 square feet currently in permitting and/or construction.
Under the brand “Outback Storage,” the team developed fourteen facilities in Mississippi, Florida, California and Hawaii. In 2008, Paige York launched their new trademarked brand “Spacebox Storage” with the development of five new facilities in Florida.

Since 2015, the York team successfully developed eleven new facilities in Florida and flagship facilities in Nashville, TN, Franklin, TN, Laurel, MS, New Orleans, LA and Horn Lake, MS. By the end of 2024, ten of these premier assets were successfully sold. Furthermore, two more storage projects are currently under construction or in design/permitting - Delray Beach, Florida and Olive Branch, Mississippi.
