York Developments is a family-owned Real Estate Development Company based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi founded over 50 years ago by Bennett York, Sr. York’s three children — the late Bennett York, Jr., Paige York and John York — joined the Family Real Estate Development Business in the early 1990’s to continue the York legacy of unyielding quality, sheer grit and legendary hustle. Now, the third generation has joined the family business with the addition of York’s grandson, Lars Losee and granddaughters, Abby York and Ella Losee.
