York Developments is proud to announce that construction is underway of Phase I of North Loop, a 169-acre industrial park centrally located just off Interstate 90, within the city limits of Bozeman, Montana. The York team successfully negotiated with Montana Rail Link to add a rail spur to service the new industrial park, and construction of the line is underway. Interest in parcels at North Loop has been extremely active due to the fact that there is very little industrial land left in Bozeman, and York Developments now controls approximately 90% of the remaining industrial property in the market. Phase II of North Loop will be 50 acres and is now in the design stage of development.

North Loop Industrial Park
The Gallatin Valley region in Montana has experienced explosive growth. Bozeman’s population growth rate in the last few years has been over 4% each year — leading to its designation as the #1 fastest growing Micropolitan (population fewer than 50,000) city in the United States for the last five consecutive years. Both Bozeman and Big Sky’s booming housing market relies on the railroad to efficiently transport and deliver building materials to the region. The York Team is honored to bring the North Loop Rail Park to Bozeman to help shape an even more promising future for the Gallatin Valley region for generations to come.
